Hey, I’m Dr. Kristelle Beecher

I'm a published organizational psychologist and journalist, media executive, producer, Billboard-charting and Grammy-considered songwriter, and all-around creative. As a first-generation Jamaican-American, my passion lies deeply within empowering individuals to be their truest and best selves.

Through my work with The Creative Corporate, I empower the next generation of multidimensional talent, and I host them on my podcast talk show, Behind the Creative.

  • I've worked in tech, media, gaming, music, film and entertainment, aviation, and beyond.

  • My personal and professional work has charted on Billboard, landed on Apple and Spotify playlists, earned marketing and leadership awards with media groups, and spearheaded 6-figure deals with major brands.

  • I have a BA in Mass Communication and Journalism, an MBA in Human Resources, and a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
